“ Most un knowledgeable parts staff I've ever worked with. It's sad. Couldn't even find a stock oem bolt replacement. I even took them to the truck and showed them directly. They told me i would have to contact the manufacturer of the skid plate for the hardware. I again told them it is an oem boIt and not aftermarket. If you really want to embarrass them i will stop back down and show someone more knowledgeable. Not only that, i will show them on every generation 3 tacoma you may have in yor lot. This is a stock item.Not even kidding here.Purchased 3 new vehicles here in the last 8 years. I expect better. Gave me the un easy feeling of low competency. It's like it's not even a Toyota dealership anymore. I am seriously asking myself why I spend my money here ”

“ Brought my 2025 GR Corolla in cause the clutch is slipping (still under warranty) and they straight up lied to my face and said nothing it wrong with it cause they don't wanna replace it under warranty. Derek Johnson was extremely rude and wouldn't talk to me, and another person in the service department wouldn't even give me their managers phone number. Extremely upset and never giving them a dime. Wouldn't let me give 0 stars but.. 0 stars. ”
