Just when we thought the Prius couldn’t get any better, Toyota introduced the new 2019 Prius hybrid. The sleek model receives a facelift for 2019 with fresh exterior styling, two new exterior paint colors, a new trim-level configuration and a variety of other updates. But perhaps the most ground-breaking news from the 2019 Toyota Prius hybrid’s LA Auto Show announcement was the availability of all-wheel drive, called AWD-e. This is the first time a Toyota Prius has been available with all-wheel drive in the United States. What is the Best Hybrid for the Money?
U.S. News & World Report named two Toyota models to their Best Car for the Money awards. The 2017 Toyota Prius won the award for Best Hybrid Car for the Money in its segment, while the 2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid won the Best Hybrid SUV for the Money award.
