“ Very prompt and courteous however I asked for an oil and filter change and tire rotation, however after I paid the cashier I noticed on the paperwork that they had not done the tire rotation because it was “not needed”. I didn’t ask them to do it if they determined it was needed. I have coarse tread tires that are showing some feathering on the edge tread blocks, so I rotate every oil change. ”
“ I’m a long time customer of Lemieux (purchased 6 vehicles, including my 2018 Tundra). This is a 2 part review. My service work was done well and quickly. However, while I waited for my truck I took a peek at a 2026 Tundra and a salesperson approached me. I said I liked the look of the new generation, but had concerns about the engines in the 3rd generation because of the recalls. The salesperson said there was only a couple of months in 2023 that were affected and that’s behind Toyota. I said that’s not what I read online. He laughed and said “people say all kinds of things online”, kind of disregarding my concern. If you do any legitimate research, you’ll clearly see there have been 2 major recalls affecting 2022-2024 Tundra engines and the truck community is not convinced the problems don’t extend into the 2025 and beyond years. The second recall was in December of 2025, so it’s not completely behind Toyota. Still like the dealership, but somewhat disappointed in this interaction. ”
“ Quick work to find what was going on with the power side doors as the hinges are going bad. As well as the body shop taking care of the front bumper separating from the wheel well. When we came in, the service person didn't tell us the side power doors had been disabled. My guess is that it's to prevent damage to them until the hinges are replaced, but it would have been nice to know! I would have left a 5⭐️ rating had they done that! ”
“ Reached out online for a quote and specially listed my vehicle (2008 sequoia) and asked for pricing for oil change and tire rotation. Was given a price 60.94 oil 19.99 tires. So just shy of $81, great, I go ahead and schedule. I take off of work to go to dealership and the guy at check in presents a quote of 110.06. I question that and state I was quoted the price above and he unapologetically says “trucks use more oil.” Well now I’m there and already missing work so I have no real say except live it with. People inside were nice and it’s a nice waiting area but after being lied to I don’t see myself ever going back for service ”

“ From top to bottom it was a very disappointing experience to say the least. I bring my car in for a tire rotate and oil change, very basic. I end up leaving with a huge pull and a loud wheel bearing noise (which can obviously come from tires) however I had not even the slightest pull or noise prior. So I call to inform them and let them know I’d like to bring it back in to get this checked out and figure out exactly what the issue is so I can take care of it. Immediately upon on coming back the staff is dismissive and almost defensive for no reason. I was very respectful, clear and upfront with my questions and concerns and wanting to know the process and plan going forward to address the issue. The responses and attitude I received for wanting to be informed and clear about my car and situation was baffling, the staff almost acted as if I was accusing them for messing up my car themselves when I’m truly just trying to figure out what the issue is since I HAD NONE COMING INTO IT. I’m not sure if this staff is always like this but it’s pretty embarrassing to be less professional than a 22 year old customer, even the manager was dismissive and unhelpful overall. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE, and I surely won’t be coming back. Embarrassing dealership service truly. ”
