At the heart of the 2018 and 2017 RAV4 is a powerful 176-hp, 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. All models are standard with front-wheel drive with the option of all-wheel drive. Both RAV4 models are available in a number of trims, including the LE, XLE, SE, Limited and Platinum. The 2018 RAV4 adds the Adventure trim, which fits nicely between the XLE and SE.
