The appointment was for the first 5,000 mile servicing on my RAV4. I also had a few media/tech questions, which the sales agent who sold it to me, was helpful in answering as he went through the steps for each. All was a very positive experience.

We picked up a new car from Lemieux Toyota today. Caleb our salesman showed us all the features on our new car, made sure we understood how everything worked, this is our second car purchase dealing with Caleb, he is very thorough on going through a car. He noticed that the tire pressure was too high and he had a mechanic come and adjust the tire pressure. Before we left, he made sure that if we had any follow up questions to write them down and come in anytime, he is willing to help anytime.

Friendly and helpful staff. But geez get that Fox News crap OFF of your waiting area TV.

They didn’t call me when there was a delay on my parts and didn’t know my vehicle had been there for 2 weeks after I told them I was leaving it there until the repair.

Felt very rushed out the door when I purchased my vehicle there. No one went over anything on my car with me as far as controls and they were supposed to send me a front license plate bracket and they never did.
